I'm finding the o2 network somewhat annoying when I get messages 1 or 2 days late.
This is not helpful for my business and I'm loosing money when customers don't turn up for a lesson but have said they messaged to cancel.
O2 sort this out otherwise breach of contract and termination will take place.

I would also think about going in store for a new sim. If you take ID they will transfer everything over for you via a sim swap.
