I recently changed my phone (from Apple to Samsung) about 6 weeks ago and brought my number with me.
Everything was fine up until 2 weeks ago, my old Apple phone is receiving text messages but only from one specific person- they aren't coming through to my Samsung phone. However, if I message back from my Samsung, she receives my messages.
The Apple phone isn't hooked up to a network - I've just kept it so my sons can play games on it.
I really don't know what's happening. Can anyone shed some light on it please?

@HD The Apple phone would only be receiving texts if the sim card was still in it. It sounds as if the port hasn't completed fully.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Have you signed out of your Apple iCloud on the iPhone?
