Hi

I have had no signal since Sunday and it says this on the web site

Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.

Our engineers will be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.

My question is, on my phone, it says emergency calls only, but I got wify internet access and my phone is connected to that, so why has my wifi calling also stoped as it has nothing to do with the phone mast?

Wifi calling is turned on everywhere and it was working. I restarted the phone several times but nothing changed.

Have you st your phone's preference to use Cell signal before WiFi, @freeflow?

A reboot of your broadband router may help.

@freeflow

Still requires a connection to O2 servers which may also be having issues.

It's not uncommon.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Then as @MI5 suggests, it may be to do with o2's servers - reach out to the Social Media Team via the link below to let them know. Good luck!
