Tarriff Change

Hi Today I changed my tarriff via My O2. I chose a 30gb tarriff. This was confirmed in an email to me, however when I went back into My O2 it says that my new tarriff will be 15gb. Please can you explain and confirm I will be getting what I chose, which was 30gb?

Unless you have a tariff with extra data (where you use 15GB then the extra 15GB kicks in) we wouldn't know why it's showing only 15GB in my O2. Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data? 

There's a possibility that your MY O2 is still to update as you have only upgraded today?

 We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
