Taken money from my bank without getting anything

got a £15 rolling plan yesterday and got a message this morning saying “we noticed your rolling plan didn’t renew” then it carries on to say renew your card details to restart your rolling plan but it’s already taken money from my bank account

Rolling plans must be taken from your designated card. Money paid into top ups is for items not included in your plan

May be worth calling 4445 to see what is going on

It is worth bearing in mind @Owen12 that if you have money in your PAYG "pot", you can spend it on a Big Bundle instead :-
