Hi 

I have a personal account and need to switch it to a business account. 
I am not able to get an answer from the bot or find info about it. 
do you know if I can simply swop or need to close account and reopen it ?

You need to call Business Customer Services on 0800 977 7337 and they can assist you, in swapping it over. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
