I have taken a pay as you go contract. Already have pay as you go and want to keep number. When I took on contract I included the PAC but I was sent a new number and I cannot seem to be able to speak to anyone to resolve this

You don't need a PAC code to move your number in this case. It's a straigh migration

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you are moving your existing number from another provider you need the PAC, and can use the form in the migration link already given @Fabiola1 .

If your existing PAYG is on o2 as well then you need to contact customer services and ask they migrate your number from the old sim to the new one.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here
