Switching from esim to traditional SIM due to device's incompatibly

When signing up I picked the esim option to transfer my number from my old provider to 02, however I'm unable to find the esim option on my phone. I did a little searching and I found out my phone isn't compatible although 02 told me it was, I now need to switch and order a traditional SIM card.

Another option @MOEY for switching your SIM is to visit you local O2 retail store :-
