I have transferred my number from a Virgin Media monthly contract to an o2 pay as you go sim as I am moving to Australia and still want access to my UK number. On my Virgin media account it says the switch has happened but I don’t have any service when I insert my O2 sim to my phone. I can’t seem to speak to anyone on a chat as it doesn’t give me access to the app and I am unable to call due to having no service. I need this sorted asap

If you have transferred to PAYG have you made a top up. The SIM will not activate until you do.
Also when in Australia you will need to top up once every 6 months to keep it active
