Please advise how I switch off my o2 Voicemail, whilst I am in Vietnam for the next plus 3 months...

(iPhone SE first gen)

I am using my eSim for a local number, and in country calls/data.

I currently get 2-3 rogue/sales calls a week from the UK, which are left unanswered and presumably go to my VM, which is then charged at £2/minute regardless of how few seconds the call is open!

I've been with o2 for over 20 years, so do not know my PIN (if this is required as part of the process).

Your soonest feedback would be appreciated wink

Log into Myo2 on the web and go to the Bar and Divert Menu, and then choose the Divert Calls as below option and then remove all diverts

A perfect solution, great advice and I can see why they call you a Grand Master 😉

This will save me a fortune, at the same time as keeping my line open for any urgent family calls!!

(I did think the only way would have been to remove my sim card!!)

Have a great day madasaf1sh wherever you are 😀
