I used the text service to swap my sim in to my new phone. I was told that once my old sim stopped working i could start using my new sim but it still hasn’t switched over yet

Have you been turning the new phone off and on again @Serrell ?
While the swap normally happens quickly it can take a day or so for everything to sort itself out...

Yes i have been doing that. I know it can take a day to switch over and its only been about 5 hours so far. Im being impatient lol

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to check your account is set up OK for you.
