Swapping from virgin to 02 on volt package. EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY HELP

I need some technical support please. 

I called up xmas eve to swap from virgin to 02 on my new volt bundle. 

I gave my PAC code etc to change my number over. 

Yesterday at 12pm my virgin sim card went off and said no longer registered, so i inserted the 02 sim card but this is also just coming us as emergency calls. . . I cant make any outbound calls or.send any texts and like wise cant receive them. I cant get on my 02 because it sends a text to phone which i cant receive. 

 

I need this sorting fast, as we dont have house phone or anything and im currently suffering with hyperemesis Gravidarum so really unwell.
