Swap sim

Hi there iv swapped my sim over from Vodafone to o2 I put my new o2 sim in when my Vodafone sim when to no service iv turned my phone on and of several time and my o2 sim is just saying no service aswell as my Vodafone one I don’t know what to do as I haven’t got another number and I need the one I swapped from my Vodafone one
