Hi. I had spared phone for years with one sim card. Was balance in it. Using mainly for incoming calls or a recovery/spare device.

Network is fine.

And today with no reason it not recognised.

Been done few phone restart,cleaning  sim contacts, inserted to other phone.

Tried to phone on/from this number same no recognised.

Any idea how can sort it?

@Sergey

When did you last make a chargeable call or top up the sim card?

As per the t&c's you have to top up or make a chargeable call or text every 6months or the sim card may be terminated and all credit forfeited.

You may be able to get the number back but you will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202
