I have only been accessing email and news feed data today yet I appear to have used 80% of my data allocation. Why? Can I found out how?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
Check in your phone in the data settings to see where the data has gone and which apps have used it
