Struggling to get even 3G

Hi, over the past two weeks I have been struggling to get more than a weak 3G signal when at home. I’ve never had an issue before, and the network checker is showing everything is ok.

The only thing that is different is we currently have no Broadband, but that’s Sky so I’m assuming wouldn’t affect my phone?

Can anyone suggest how I can boost my phone signal as with out broadband and now 4G, it’s becoming a nightmare! Thanks

Make sure your phone is set to use only O2, and not O2 *and* WiFi, @DJBlondie 

With your SKY gone, your phone could be trying to use a weaker WiFi signal, say from a close neighbour, rather than the stronger O2 signal.

Worth a shot - my phone is set to use both, as above (a Pixel 6a), currently, but I do toggle off the WiFi connection when at work, as the O2 4G is pretty good where I work, WiFi is not.
