Still struggling with 4G

Hello. I posted last week about not being able to access WhatsApp on my iPhone X. No joy in solving the problem. I have been into the O2 shop twice and they’ve been stumped. WhatsApp suggested it may be a APN problem (?). I have also noticed Siri does not work and my BT mail account is struggling on 4G too. The BBC website is fine on 4G.
Just a thought, but I changed my O2 password recently for my account details - May this have affected the data access? I’ve noticed when I look at the mobile data on settings it mentions something called ‘vertigo’ and the passwords are asterisked out but I can tell by the number of *  that it is not my new password. Any help and advice gratefully received. Thank you. Crock

The password for the APN is not your account password it is a generic password

Just reset your network settings and the correct O2 apn will be applied.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I'd contact Apple to get a diagnostic check run on the phone.
