Hi All
Having spent 6 1/2 hours on the phone to O2 pre Christmas my issue still isn’t sorted and I’ve received a Notoce of Disconnection.
I’ve tried calling their Supprt Desk to spend 15 mins answering calls only to be put on hold , transferred and the new person has no idea who I am so puts me on ‘mute’ - so eventually I ring off.
How do you speak to anyone in the UK -
Nearly 7 hours and counting
