Hi I got a new phone and sim a while ago,I put new sim in my new phone and exchanged data by iCloud. It loaded everything apart from emails and contacts.it wouldn’t let me make calls and when I tried from another phone to call my number it went to my old sim. 
my other phone has completely crashed so I’m using my old sim. What do I do to get the new one working please.

You need to do a sim swap, but you start this on your old sim @Matt9752 .

If your old phone is not working put the old sim in your new phone and follow this guide.
