Since 8th October I've been unable to text or call out. For the last 3 weeks I've been unable to recieve calls or texts. My sim says it's unprovisioned. O2 customer services have said its because the network is down or busy... other members of my family can do both on O2. The message service no is correct. My device works using other sims. I've got a new O2 sim. This is causing all kinds of issues with bank/nhs/work. Can anyone help?

Have you activated the new sim yet?
If so, it sounds like an account issue.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Yes it was activated. I've been into the shop 4 times. Rung customer services. Tech called me but said it had to be raised further. Someone was supposed to call back but didn't. Given them other numbers to call. Its so frustrating.

i’m having this issue too! has been going on weeks now still have no service! my child is at school and they would have no way to ring me as i have no service and no house phone
