trying to do a sim swap!! Yet I have no service to receive my security text to enable me access! Any help would be much appreciated.
Not only have o2 made a right mess with my upgrade (giving me a new contract) which I had to cancel and now I’m out of pocket for £40 with upfront cost and early delivery! They are becoming an absolute joke!!

You need to get in touch with customer services you can either call 0344 809 0202 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

An O2 store may be able to assist with this too. You may need to take some ID in. Failing that you’ll need to speak to customer services if you are not able to receive the sim swap text messages to do it yourself
