Hi I have a new device and new sim

I asked to keep my number but my new sim has a new number

I'm paying for 2 sims

I should only b paying for one sim

My new one but I should have my old number

How do I sim swap

If you have 2 contracts you need to call O2 to migrate your number to the new one and this will close the old one Guide: Migration & porting into O2

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
