My phone was stolen last 4 days ago and a bar was put on the number. I went into the o2 store to get a new SIM but it has been stuck at 'processing' for over 3 days now.
I've had multiple calls with the customer service team but being told a ticket has been raised with the technical team and I have to wait 24hrs. I've now waited well over 24hrs and still nothing has been resolved. I really need access to my phone number.
Can anyone help?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
