Hi I’ve tried a few times to ask for help using the online chat but I’m getting nowhere. The port was done on 17/7 but I wasn’t receiving any calls or texts. I kept being told wait another 24 hours still nothing I contacted Vodafone to check it was closed on their end and it is o2 told me wait again but nothing had happened I can’t get any calls or texts. Please help

You need to contact O2.
