Hello,

I'm not getting any coverage on my phone.  I think I have an issue with my sim card and need a new one.

@jonnymontgomery

Your best bet is to go instore with photo ID and they will change it for a new sim.

Good luck.

What makes you think the SIM is the cause?

Hi @jonnymontgomery

Excellent advice from @Cleoriff

Go into a store better than phoning and snail mail 😊

This app will help you to confirm @jonnymontgomery that it is a SIM problem rather than a network issue :-

My Network App - Find Out More About Your Network Coverage | Apps | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Understand your network coverage

With the My Network app you can keep an eye on your coverage, wherever you are. Download the app and you’ll be able to:

- check the status of our network in your area – you don’t even need to enter your postcode

- test your network speeds

- report any issues with your service.

It’s simple to use and means that you can check the network without having to visit the main site or even enter a postcode.

The network status app/tool is useful, but won't be a substitute for a manual network search. That will ID whether O2 is broadcasting a network signal in your location, if they're not - this becomes a coverage issue and nothing to do with your SIM.

The website/tool/app will ID whether there's any recognised fault cases logged.
