My daughter is due her iphone 12 pro to be delviered tomorrow. Can you please tell me if she will receive a new sim card and if she is able to keep her original o2 number

She can use her old sim if it fits but will only get 4G.

If a new sim comes it will be for 5G. To keep her number she would need to do a sim swap.
