Help! I am trying to fit my nano sim card into my new s20 phone and it is too big. I tried calling to get a new smaller one, but it hangs up on me. Many thanks on advance, Sarah

A nano sim will fit an S20.

There are 3 sizes Mini, Micro and Nano, if you used a Micro you should be able to pop the nano out from the micro.

If not, then you will need to call customer services.

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

@Sim-size-issues

Just push the middle out to make it nano size.

I guess you must have it micro currently.

Standard, Mini or Nano? Here is you're A-Z SIM card guide
