I have just taken possession of a samsung s22 ultra but the sim is not provisioned. How do you activate it?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

@Frobert5 If this is a new sim and you have your old one, do a sim swap: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community
If you're not comfortable doing the swap yourself, call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll do the swap for you. Be sure to bring identification with you.

Hi Unfortunately the old phone is a micosim not a nono ssim so arn't interchangeable

Check to see if you can push out the middle bit of your old sim.
