We have 3 family members that use 02 nobody can hear us when they ring,our conversations break up all the time,the other person is with a different company and their not experiencing any issues

Also Companies all use different masts (in some areas they share masts), also it depends on how far you are from the o2 mast, and how that signal penetrates walls due to power loss and radio signal degradation.

If they don't help then maybe new sims may be the answer?
