Same, been like this for x4 months, and ive asked 02 to release me from my contract and they said since you can still use your phone via wifi theres nothing we can do, every week they tell me a mast is down in my area, then every other week they tell me its fixed 🤣 this company is a scam and they have no shame messing customers about
