Signal so bad i may as well not have data

Hi,   the signal of 02 where I lives turns out to be so shocking that I basically may as well not have data at all as  can simply never connect to anything.    complete waste of money and despite only a few months into a 24 month contract, I'm considering a whole new contract with Vodafone or 3 who actually cover this part of england - Torquay & South Devon.

Have you checked https://status.o2.co.uk to check for any local issues. 

 

You should have checked coverage with a PAYG sim card before signing up to any network to see if they have signal... and I would recommend doing that before moving especially to Vodafone as they share masts with o2

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
