I have a Samsung Galaxy S20+. got it in May 2020. in the last couple of months I have suffered signal loss & calls dropping out.

Usually when trying to reconnect I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. I then have to re start my phone to get it all working again.

Any ideas please?

Phone is under warranty etc but I cant really be without a phone whilst it goes for repair & as its not a constant issue then it may not be evident when examined.

Any help appreciated

Jason

You could try a new sim first or try your sim in another phone.
