I have just received my new O2 mobile SIM and installed it in my Netgear Nighthawk M1 with Poynting Puck antennae. The O2 signal varies between 0 and 2 bars with occasional 4G and H or H+, but mostly nothing. At best I'm getting 2.8mbps download speed, but mostly 0 and the Nighthawk keeps dropping out and flashing orange. My iphone has a Vodafone SIM and I went with O2 for my mobile modem because the signal is supposed to be better here (GL12 7RW). How can I get a better signal? If not, then how do I get a refund as the signal is terrible 😞
