My area is completely fine for signal but unfortunately I am having signal issues. I have tried resetting the phone and network as suggested by 02.

You've mentioned your signal is fine but you're having signal issues. I suspect by this you mean that your phone displays good coverage indicators but you're having problems using some particular services?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You probably need to tag @Nicole123. I wondered if the problem was that the signal is normally fine but not at the moment, say because of maintenance work or a mast being temporarily out of commission. However, we just don't know.
