I wondered what's happened to the online chat either through the website or the app?
I've been trying several times at many different times of the day over the last week to try and log an issue through online chat but constantly, there's no agents available.
I'm having signal issues which is affecting calls, in and outgoing, and also my 4g. I had a sim replacement due to the same issues around 4 months ago but I've noticed over the last 4-6 weeks, the issue is creeping back in again.
