Hi there,
I’ve had incredibly poor signal at home for a few months now. I’ve logged it a few times and have been told by the app that a phone mast is down and it’s being worked on. It’s been saying that since about October though and there’s been no improvement. Others on my road are also finding it increasingly frustrating especially as we are working from home much more at the moment.
Please can you confirm when this issue will be resolved? My postcode is: SW18 3QP. I always used to get full signal.
