Signal in my home town

I live in Newquay, which is a holiday destination. As tourists arrive my signal becomes totally unusable for the summer months. This is becoming untenable as I can't use my phone for business and personal calls, or my data at all, despite paying for the unlimited tariff. 

Therefore I would like a three month rebate of my data tariff considering it is unusable during this period.

It isnt o2's fault you live in a tourist trap., or tell the tourist to do one, and I am sure o2 are doing all they can do to improve capacity...

Maybe ask your local council why they wont any new masts in the area, or for any new back haul to be installed as this means digging up the roads in Newquay, which when we asked for a fibre to one of our retails establishments where told by both BT and VMB they are only allowed for 3-4 months of the year...
