Signal/data and WiFi

I am unable to access and use WhatsApp, social media !! I also have very poor signal. I’ve noticed this hasn’t been good for a while now but now not even able to use basically communication tools. I have restarted my phone, rest the WiFi, turned WiFi on and off on phone but still nothing works Via 4G either. This is incredibly irritating and I do not think I should be paying for a service that is incomplete and not working! Please rectify immediately!!!!

All Facebook services are down and have been for over an hour, nothing to do with o2 that Facebook have FUBAR'd there own services
