O2 - you're driving me away from you.

I am with you as a personal customer and a business customer and for the last 2 years the availability of a signal and / or data has been frustrating.

Now in KY15 4AW there is 0 data signal available and has been the case for a fair few weeks now. I rely on being able to be contacted for my work - and also using my ipad for client reviews to view their paperwork using 02. The signal reporter says that you are aware of issues and it would appear usage outstrips your supply. When is this going to be solved? If it isn't solved soon then this customer who has been with you for over 15 years will be taking all their business away from you

O2 will not give timelines for restoration of service, as there are too many factors involved, such as landowner permission, council planning / roadwork rules etc.

o2 don't guarantee a fault free network, as per the t&c's

The best thing to do is to report it via My Network App as well...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
