Hi, I have just signed up and arranged for click and collect of my new handset. The fee has been taken, and a new direct debit arranged, however, when I’m trying to log in, with the code sent via text message, it is saying that the number is already in use with another customer. My phone number is on the O2 network, but it is a work number/ phone which I am returning soon. Can you please assist, and confirm that my new handset/ contract is up and running as agreed

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks
