Shocking mobile signal in MK42

My signal has been terrible in and around the MK42 area for at least a week now, maybe 10 days - most calls don't even connect, I just get a message to say I have missed a call despite it not ringing, and I regularly need to hang up and use a landline as the line just dies and/or crackles.

 

I appreciate we have had poor weather, and there seem to be regular 'problems with masts' in this area, but for how much longer?  I have had the email to inform me of increased charges but I am not even getting a service that is worth paying for at the moment.

All the networks are increasing their charges. The only reason to switch would be if you could get better coverage. Get Pay & Go sims from the other networks and test them out. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Apparently, my 5G sim card is not compatible with the service in my area (it was in my old phone, by heyho).  New sim on the way, fingers crossed it solves the problem.
