Samsung galaxy tab s7 FE

Hi I've got a Samsung galaxy tab s7 fe, I've only had it since last December, I've never put a password on it and never had any problems but 3 day's ago all of a sudden I turned it on and it asked me for a pass code including letters and numbers, like I said I've never had any passwords or pass codes so why are they asking for one? If I try anything it's totally locked me out saying try again in 8 hours to many attempts I can't even turn it off,

Does anyone have any answers please before I bin it I'm sick of it 😡

If you sign into your Samsung account online and then go to 'find my mobile' it should give you the option to unlock your Tab S7
