Can't help you with the cracked back of the phone. If you don't have insurance you can contact Samsung support and see how much it would cost to fix it. You'd have to send it off and that will leave you without a phone, unless you have a backup.

@Charlottelovesd This is not O2. This is a customer community.
Because of the current crisis, the O2 repairs department is closed. If you have insurance with O2 you will need to call to make a claim. You can call customer service in the morning, but it's very difficult to get through. Best time to try to call is 8 am. All the numbers are in the link below.

@Charlottelovesd No one here can help you. We are all customers. The same as you. If you look at the link above you can download and use Skype to call customer service for free. If you need a new phone you can either get one from O2 or look online to buy one elsewhere.

This phone and contract is causing you some problems isn't it? Did you manage to get it turned back on after you posted here? https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Access-For-All/Declined-contract/m-p/1330120/highlight/true#M1153
Either way, you may want to think about buying a cheap phone from Argos or Tesco for now and put your sim in that.
