Hi, I recently bought the Samsung galaxy 4 watch and yet to active the mobile plan! But my partner accidentally threw away the e-sim pack I received with it that contains the code for activation, as he thought it was his own!

I was wondering where I would get another one? Can O2 send a new one out?

You can get one at an O2 shop (Take ID)
