I have an issue with Galaxy s23 which I upgraded to last week with a new esim. All incoming calls show as either Private number or Unknown.
I have checked all phone settings, reset the network settings and still no luck.
I have raised a case with O2 and have a reference number, which was to be resoled in 3-7 days. But we are now on day 7 and no reply from O2 yet.

The customer will need to contact customer service to check that the CLI Presentation Facility is active on their account.
No Caller I.D when receiving calls has generally only been seen after a Virgin Media to O2 number migration and doesn't impact all migrations, just a small number.
Ignore the last paragraph as it affects more than ex Virgin
Ask to CLI Presentation Facility to be activated.
