I have recently purchased a Samsung S23 FE from O2. Everything is fine apart from the Internet. Everything the phone connects to wifi6, the Internet crashes. It then restarts the Internet and flicks between wifi6 and 5g. The phone works fine when connected to normal WiFi and no other devices have an issue. I contacted O2 who were no help apart from to send me here. Virgin Media have check the hub5 and network and all came back fine. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

Yes, I have tried a soft restart, updated the phone, reset the router and reset the network settings on the phone and reconnected. The issue is still there?
