I used to have a S21 on Vodafone and now have an S23 on O2. The S23 no longer has the setting"Caller ID and spam protection" in the Phone app, which I found very useful at detecting spam or other incoming call identity.
Any idea why this option is no longer visible and how to restore it?

Wow! Well done, @Editor7269 - a worthy discovery there!
Now if we could get it added into a solution of sorts for either SmartCall Caller ID & Spam Protection or Samsung, @Dave-O2 ...?

Hey @pgn
I've had a look at this over the past few days and my Samsung S22 Ultra, does have the Caller ID and spam protection showing in Call Settings running O2 Firmware.
Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to make any changes/amendments to O2 Firmware. Also, we're not aware of any similar reports of this option not showing on other Samsung devices.
Was this S23 purchased directly from O2 @Editor7269

@Dave-O2no I purchased it from affordablemobiles.co.uk.
I did find a few similar posts on other forums regarding Samsung's CSC, one said it was causing the Samsung Pay app to play up - the CSC is obviously something Samsung use in multiple apps to verify a devices location.
