Samsung Galaxy S20 5G Sim1 not provisioned

HI 

I have rencenly had an upgrade to Samsung Galaxy S20 5G from S9 

Phone got deliverd friday but i didnt set up till Saturday evening,

Installed the new 5G sim into sim slot 1 

and still this morning Monday it sill says emergency calls only on lock screen and MM Sim not Provisioned

Do i just wait or it it something i need to chase up now being over 24 Hrs 

the call centres are only dealing with upgrdes and leaving customers at the minute so not got anyone to call to speak to

Use your old sim for now, until you can get through to O2.

You need to do a sim swap from your old sim card.
