Hi, I have been sent a new SIM with my new phone and wanted to keep my old number. Both are on 02. Will it stay the same unless I use the new one or is there something I need to do to keep my current number? Thanks in advance

@Hay2

Your number is still on your old sim so you can just carry on using that if you wish.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Hay2 You need to do a sim swap: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

If you can't do it yourself, call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby and they'll do it for you. The process is very quick.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
