Hi

Could a moderator flag this for an O2 member of staff to look at on Wednesday, please?

SIM worked Ok until this afternoon. I'd ordered eSIM and got it to work ... I then powered down, removed old physical SIM but on powering up I had neither eSIM or physical one that works.

"SIM not provisioned", re-powered iPhone. Also tried SIM in an old phone it says "unable to register"

Spent an hour on phone to tech support who was to phone me back on landline (but didn't), still no working SIM.

NB: At time of call to tech support I could make calls but not send/receive TXTs, the idea was to put SIM in old phone and hopefully get activation codes to reset up on Apple iMessage as my number had been removed

Hoping someone can resolve this for me, please?

Many thanks in advance.

@Confused_Man

O2 had an issue earlier today with calls and texts, but I'll ask @O2Emma to check if your issue is related or not.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
